Progress Update
Our Training & After-School Facility Is Completed!
At Restoring Hope Africa, we are witnessing God planting seeds that are taking root in hearts, families, and entire communities. Hope is being restored where poverty, loss, and generational hardship once spoke the loudest. Through the Gospel, education, practical care, and discipleship, God is reminding people of who they are and what He created them to be.
Our ECD preschool currently serves around 155 children, providing them with a strong academic and spiritual foundation. We believe it is vital to follow the Biblical instruction given in “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)
Therefore, we recognised the need to rethink our school space and education approach to ensure that every learner receives the best possible education, along with solid discipleship rooted in their God-given identity.
We have worked diligently to complete the final school building before the heavy summer rains began. We are therefore thrilled to share that the training and after-school facility we began building in mid-October is now finished and already in use.
You may be wondering why the front of the building has no walls. Due to the intense heat in central Malawi, most school buildings are designed without solid walls. This also allows us to accommodate an overflow of attendees during village conferences and training sessions.
As you can see in the photos, we have already hosted several Jesus Film outreaches, parents’ meetings, and our first church service. Our children love their new school space, which is much cooler in the scorching heat!
In-house Early Childhood Development (ECD) Training for Our School Staff
We invited FTS to provide in-house training for our staff in Christian-based Early Childhood Development. They have successfully completed the first of three phases and will continue with the second phase in April 2026. It is a blessing to see how our teachers develop and grow!

Music Centre Vision & Provision
We are preparing to establish a music centre. Music is deeply woven into Malawian culture and plays a powerful role in emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development.
We trust the Lord for:
- Provision for instruments and equipment
- Music to become a tool for healing, worship, and discipleship
- Young people to discover their gifts and use them to glorify God
“He has put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God.” (Psalm 40:3)
Partnerships & Provision
We also trust the Lord for continued partnerships and provision. We believe God will sustain the ministry through faithful partners who stand with us in prayer and support, helping to meet our ongoing monthly needs.
We are trusting Him for provision for food, outreach initiatives, and the continued expansion of the ministry.
“And my God will liberally supply your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)

Closing Blessings & Declaration
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has prayed, supported, and stood with us along the way. Your partnership is making a lasting impact.
We are expectant for what lies ahead and excited to see how God will continue to use this work to transform the lives of our children, staff, and the wider community.
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May He be gracious to you and surround you with His favour.
May He strengthen you, provide for you, and fill your heart with His peace.
May you be established in hope, anchored in His promises, and fruitful in every good work.
As you have sown into this ministry, may you reap a harvest of blessing, joy, and increase.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
